It is made for training kicks and punches. The shield is equipped with four handles for greater training variability.

The back of the shield with handles is removable. After removal, the back is covered with velcro, thanks to which the shield can be attached to the Power Wall.

The shield is made of vinyl, which ensures a long service life. The filling is made of a special foam mixture and absorbs very strong punches and kicks. 

Thanks to its versatility, the shield is suitable for most martial arts.
