This Fighter shield is ideal for MMA, Muay Thai and other combat sports. 

Thanks to its cross body and tight straps on the back, your hands are free to hold another mitts and practise various training combinations. Multi-position nylon webbing and padded handles on the top and bottom, both sides and the back make it comfortable and optimise training options.
