The Twins 10 oz gloves are professional fight gloves for Muay Thai and other International fights. The 12, 14 and 16 oz are ideal for training. The extra weight is great for a better work-out. Extra hand padding reduces injuries while use on heavy bags or training with a sparring partner. All of them provide strong wrist support with a wide and tight Velcro closure.
